South Africa exports more fruit again in 2021.

South Africa's fresh fruit exports have again grown in double digits. In 2021, the country exported over four million tonnes of fresh fruit. This is 11% more than in 2020, when exports grew by 10%. In two years, South African fruit exports have increased from 3.3 to 4 million tonnes. This record was achieved despite several alarming reports in 2021. These were container problems and problems at the ports. This is according to Jan Kees Boon of Fruit & Vegetable Facts.
